The limit on per turn actions is definitely the only thing preventing some of my loops from being near infinite, and I’m so glad it exists.īut even with that cap, turns are taking forever. I am aware that a stat can’t increase more than 10 times per term, but if I have no idea how I would balance that to try to hit 10 or close to 10. I’m not trying to brag, because this sub Reddit is filled with better players than me who have gone much farther than me. I’m proccing heals constantly, yadda yadda yadda. I’ve got the Wights that increase their stats on heal, the creatures that make all on healing effects happen twice, on death effects happen twice, etc. Still, I have enough resources to attach traits to artifacts, and I’m starting to get annoyed because the teams I’m building are all neat, but the time it takes to go through combat is so extreme, and I’m not sure how to progress without it.Įxample- I won’t go into too much detail but I’m playing a Doombringer (or something with a similar name, can’t remember) and triggering on death effects on heal. So on one hand, I wouldn’t say I’m a new player, but on the other hand, I haven’t unlocked those final endgame mechanisms. I love it for the flexibility, the possibilities, the monsters, and the “combos” but I’m worried I’m taking the later part too far.įor reference, I know that you unlock the god gate thing or some thing around floor 225, to clarify, I’m not even there yet.
